Things You’ll Need
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
3/4 cup coarsely crushed Marie biscuits
1/4 cup crushed dry fruits
Ghee for greasing
1 tbsp crushed dry fruits for garnishing
Here’s How You Can Make Some Delicious Chocolate Modaks
Take a broad pan and put some heavy cream, condensed milk and chocolate in it and heat for about 2 minutes until the chocolate melts.
In a heating pan, add some crushed biscuits and dry fruits. Mix them continuously for 2 minutes until the mixture combined.
Transfer the mixture to a plate and let it cool completely. Once the mixture gets cooled, grease the inside of the modak mold with some natural desi ghee.
Fill the mold with the mixture and give it a modak shape and press tightly.
And, voila! Your chocolate modaks are ready! De-mold the modaks and garnish them with crushed dry fruits for the presentation.
