Pandya had commented on women during the conversation with Karan in a show, which was considered objectionable. This show was telecast in December last year. After the controversy grew, the online channel Hotstar removed it from its channel. In case of objectionable comments on women, Pandya and Rahul were suspended till the completion of the investigation. However, Pandya apologized for the dispute. His return to the Indian team has also happened.
Karan Johar said, “I want to ask the cricket fraternity to give me a second chance, I will do my full study on cricket the next time. My mother is the fan of cricket and she expressed her sadness with all those who had some hearty Pandya.”
Karan Johar believed that people were angry with Rahul and Pandya. He also said, “My mother was upset to me, she is a fan of the heartwarming Pandya, she told me how you can do this with her, I said that I have not done anything. Insulted, one of them is my mother too.”
